Please share a short story about an important challenge that you've overcome (in your life, hobby, or profession)
Years ago I had a bad injury to my back and caused me to have to stop the things I loved. Depression set in and so did the pounds as I became inactive for the first time in my life. Eventually I had mentors in my life who reminded me of who I was and doctors who were able to fix my physical body. Over the course of 18 months, I was able to rehab my body both physically and mentally. I lost 85 lbs and am now back to doing all the things I love!
