Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
- Outlet items, final sale items, socks, slip-ons, insoles, stickers, coasters, tote bags, and free gift items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items must be BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags to be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- We reserve the right to inspect and reject any return if items are not in original condition (BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags).
- The shipping fee is not refundable.
- Only items purchased from ororowear.com are eligible for return or exchange through our Return Center. You may reach out to your original vendor if your purchases are from other channels.
How to Return
U.S. Returns:
- Submit a return request through our Return Center within 30 days of delivery.
- Enter your order number and email address to start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Once your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a prepaid shipping label.
Returns Outside the U.S.:
- Contact our customer service at support@ororowear.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- Once your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with an RMA form.
- Please print out the RMA form and attach it to your return package.
- Once the returned package is received by our warehouse, we will proceed with the refund or exchange for you.
*Customers outside of the United States are responsible for the return shipping cost. You are expected to return the products to the specified warehouse in the corresponding country at your expense.
