• What is the ororo Toasty Club?

  The ororo Toasty Club is ororo’s rewards program. Join the club, make purchases, and get toasty treats along the way.

• How do I join the Toasty Club?

  It’s simple! To join, create an account online, or sign in if you already have an account. By doing this, you’ll immediately become a member of the ororo Toasty Club. It’s FREE to join. Plus, you’ll get 100 FREE Heated Points just for joining!

• How do I earn points?

  You can earn points with these warm actions:

  • Create an account: Starting from 100 Heated Points
  • Shop warmth: 1 Heated Point for every $1 spent on products (shipping fees and taxes not included)
  • Connect with us: 50 Heated Points for following us on social
  • Spread warmth: 50 Heated Points for social sharing
  • Birthday toast: 100 Heated Points to celebrate your birthday (you must enter your birthday details in the panel)

  
  

  How do I get points for my purchases?

  You’ll get 1 point for every dollar you spend on products on ororowear.com (shipping fees and taxes not included). Points are based on final dollar value. We’ll have special promotions where you’ll be able to get more points for every purchase.
  *Make sure to sign in before making a purchase so you can get all your Heated Points. We can’t offer points for purchases if you haven’t logged in to your account.

• What’s the Birthday Toast?

  You’ll receive additional heated points on your birthday every year. All you need to do is sign in to your account, visit the “earn points” section and enter your birthday.

  Note: Your birthday must be entered and confirmed at least 30 days in advance to be rewarded.

• How do I know my Heated Points balance?

  Once you have signed in to your account, click on the Toasty Rewards icon on the upper right corner of your browser, you will find your point balance on the pop-up widget. You can also find your point balance on the top of your account page.

• How do I redeem my points?

  To redeem points, sign into your account, click on the Toasty Rewards icon in the upper right corner of your browser. Redeem points by clicking on "Ways to redeem" and choose your favorite reward. When you do this, you will receive a coupon code to use with your order in our store.

  Coupon codes can only apply on full-price items and can not be combined with other discounts.

• Can I redeem points for a free product?

  Yes, you can redeem points for our Free Product rewards. Once you have redeemed your points, you’ll receive a discount code. With the discount code, you can purchase the corresponding product for free. If the product is no longer eligible to buy, please contact us at toastyclub@ororowear.com. We’ll help you exchange it for another reward.

• Do I need to pay for the shipping cost for redeeming a free product?

  Yes. You will need to pay for the shipping cost and taxes (if there are any) for getting the free products or discounted products.

• How can I withdraw my rewards?

  Once your points are redeemed with rewards, you can not withdraw your rewards by yourselves. You will need to reach out to us at support@ororowear.com to ask for a withdrawal of your reward. Points will be returned to your account once your reward is withdrawn.

• Can I transfer points between accounts?

  Sorry, points cannot be transferred between different accounts. If you've created multiple accounts, you can earn points for any of them once you sign in to your accounts, but you can't transfer points between different accounts.

• Do my points expire?

  Yes, your points will expire within 2 years. If you don’t earn or use any of your points within this period, they will no longer be available.

• Can I earn points for purchases made on Amazon or other ororo sites?

  You will only receive heated Points for purchases made on our US website, www.ororowear.com. Amazon purchases or purchases made in any of our other stores will not add points.

  These are member tiers that come with different member perks and benefits. Based on the total spent on ororowear.com, you will automatically enter different tiers:

  • Blue Tier from $0-$299
  • White Tier from $300-$799
  • Red Tier from $800+

• How can I get exclusive member deals?

  Exclusive deals for members will be shown in your account page after signing in to your account. You will need to use the exclusive codes to get the deals. If you have any concerns about the member exclusive deals, please contact us at support@ororowear.com

• How can I get advanced customer support?

  For Red Tier members, we have advanced customer support to better help with your problems. Please use your member account email to reach us to ensure you get faster responses and sophisticated support.

• What is the birthday month gift?

  It’s the celebration for your birthday! For all Red Tier members, you will receive a special birthday gift at your birthday month! Remember to fill your birthday in your member info! Only when your birthday is filled one month in advance of your birthday, you can receive a birthday gift by the month of your birthday!
