I’m a Chicago-born sprint athlete who specializes in the 200 meters. I’m also a NCAA outdoor champion in the 200m and won the silver medal in the event at the 2005 World Championships in Athletics. It runs in the family, since my father was also a sprinter who earned a bronze medal at the 1987 Pan American Games for the 200m sprint.

My personal best is 19.65 seconds for the distance—the ninth fastest 200 meter runner of all-time!

A few fun facts about me: I’m good friends with Usain Bolt and in an April 2011 episode of MythBusters, I worked with Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman to investigate the possibility of a human running on water. In May 2013 I returned to the show to race 30ft against a race car.

What’s your favorite thing about ORORO?

It’s so freaking cool, and I like the light in the vest when it’s heating, it’s like iron man.
