Step 1
Plug into the charger first WITHOUT connecting to the battery. Is there a GREEN LIGHT on the charger?

If the answer is no, you have a charger defect! Please reach out to support@ororowear.com with photos and a detailed description of the problem and we will further assist with your problem.
Step 2
Plug the charger into the battery. After you plug the battery in, does the ORANGE light on battery start to blink?
If the answer is yes, move to Part 2: The Apparel.
If the answer is no, you have a Battery Defect! Please reach out to support@ororowear.com with photos and a detailed description of the problem and we will further assist with your problem.

Stephen Wong this is normal. It is to prevent the battery from overheating and preserve the life of the battery and your vest. Think of it like when you are cooking, you don’t leave the stove on at max heat, you use the max heat to bring the temp up to what you want then you reduce it, the same goes for your heated vest.

HELLO… I received the Ororo Vest for Xmas and basically Love it, I do notice that the Vest would go from Red to White after a while…approximately 20-30 minutes after wearing it by itself. No buttons on the Vest nor battery are being touch…..Please advise
