What does open-box mean?

Open-box items are products that were returned due to sizing issues, not because they were damaged or flawed. Each item is carefully inspected and comes with a 6-month limited warranty on the heating elements and battery. Please note, all open-box sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Is the battery included in the package?

For products with the note “battery not included” in product title, there won’t be battery included. You could also check out the “What’s Included” section in the product description for further confirmation. Please use the Mini 5K battery or other compatible battery to power the heating. You will need to purchase an ororo battery if you do not have any yet.

How can I choose my size?

We recommend checking the size chart  with your body measurement before purchasing to ensure the right fit.

Will the out-of-stock products in outlets be back in stock soon?

Since open-box items are returned products with limited availability, certain sizes may sell out quickly and will not be back in stock regularly. You can submit your email on the product page and get notified when it’s restocked, or consider alternative options in our all-new inventory.
