Cozy Fund Terms and Conditions

Introduction:

The "Cozy Fund" is an internal foundation created by ORORO Heated Apparel. Its primary objective is to provide heated vests/jackets to those in need by utilizing reward points donated by ORORO Toasty Club Members.

Donation Mechanism:

• Toasty Club Members can choose to donate their accumulated reward points to the "Cozy Fund."
• Every 3,000 points donated will be converted into one heated vest/jacket (chosen at random) that will be donated to an individual in need.
• No real money will be collected or transacted within the "Cozy Fund." The foundation operates solely on the basis of reward points.

Eligibility:

Only active Toasty Club Members are eligible to donate their reward points to the "Cozy Fund."

Donation Process:

Members can donate points through their Toasty Club account dashboard.

Donations are non-reversible. Once points are donated, they cannot be retrieved or refunded.

Utilization of Donated Points:

• ORORO Heated Apparel will keep a transparent record of all points donated to the "Cozy Fund."
• Points in the "Cozy Fund" will be used exclusively to count the number of heated vests/jackets to be donated.
• ORORO Heated Apparel will ensure that for every 3,000 points in the "Cozy Fund" in total, one heated vest/jacket is donated to an individual in need.

Beneficiaries:

The beneficiaries of the "Cozy Fund" will be selected based on criteria set by ORORO Heated Apparel, ensuring that the donations reach those genuinely in need.

Transparency:

ORORO Heated Apparel will provide periodic updates on the number of points donated, the number of vests/jackets donated, and the beneficiaries' details (while maintaining privacy and confidentiality).

Modification & Termination:

ORORO Heated Apparel reserves the right to modify the terms or terminate the "Cozy Fund" initiative at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Toasty Club Members in advance.

Liability:

ORORO Heated Apparel will not be held liable for any discrepancies in point donations or any other unforeseen issues related to the "Cozy Fund." All decisions made by ORORO Heated Apparel regarding the "Cozy Fund" are final.

Acceptance of Terms:

By donating points to the "Cozy Fund," Toasty Club Members agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
