Will the heated apparel work at temperatures below 32℉/0℃?
Yes, it will still work well. However, if you’re going to spend a lot of time in sub-zero temperatures, we recommend you purchase a spare battery so you don’t run out of heat!

Your customer service is absolutely...

Your customer service is absolutely the most horrendous that I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life and I was in business for 45 years in a business that was built on Customer Service and the fact that when the original jacket came and it did not work and I sent the whole thing back, including the battery and they questioned why I sent the battery back when the battery was the problem And it would be nice to call you and talk to someone who speaks English. They do answer the phone very quickly. I will say that, but the Customer Service in manners are at a minimum below minimum.

Men's Heated Fleece Jacket - Black/Army Green/Red
It's definitely a heavier jacket than I thought it would be(this is not a bad thing) and the battery is placed such that it really doesn't add any weight when worn. You can definitely feel the weight when it's held, but it wears much lighter. The heating elements worked great - this jacket will come in handy for years to come.

(Open-box) Men's Heated Fleece Jacket (Battery Set Not Included) Army Green / XL
I was excited for a new ororo wear to have and if anything, it was going to be fleece. I ordered this because I did not need a new battery. So upon arrival I plugged in my extra battery to find out that the power button just rapidly blinks. No heating, nothing. I understand the risk of open box but not testing before you post this product online and then send it to me without testing. Unacceptable for any company to be doing this to their products. There was no warning that the product may have damage or may not work either.
