Return policy will prevent me from buying more Ororo products
Men's Heated Softshell Vest - Lower Back Heating Black / L
I ordered a vest in size large following the sizing directions on the Ororo website. When it arrived, I unpacked and put it on. It felt too big but I wanted to see how it felt when I was fully dressed for work, where I intended to use it. I wore it the next day and indeed it was too big. So, I was going to return it. Then I found out the return policy is "BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags." Since I had taken the vest out of the bag and worn it for 1 day, it was unreturnable. This policy makes sizing dependent completely on the chart provided by Ororo since I could not try on a size L vest like I could in a brick and mortor store. The policy precludes any more purchases from Ororo by me no matter how much I like the products.

High Quality, comfortable
Men's Heated Softshell Vest - Lower Back Heating Black / XL
after trying the XXL (too wide) and the XL I was satisfied w. the XL. I'm surprised at how short the vest is - an additional 1-2" would help. Even a T-Shirt shows at the waist.
The Mini-Battery only holds 4hrs MAX at High. So not very happy w. the battery and I don't see Ororo offering a larger battery.

I love the material of this vest. It isn't shiny, but more or a soft, brushed finish, without being as casual as fleece. Love the lower back heat too. Customer service was very helpful when I had questions on sizing. A satisfied customer!

Great vest for around the house or under a jacket

I’m a big fan of Ororo, and got my Dad a jacket last year, but he’s always cold. I picked up this vest on sale and he absolutely loves it. Wears it all day long- I got him an extra battery so he rotates them out (highly recommended, get the newer battery for longer run time). The soft shell fabric is extraordinarily well made and wears well (got my roommate one for Christmas). Repels water nicely and is thick enough to provide warmth but thin enough and cut well to accommodate plenty of movement without any discomfort.

Great fit, perfect for winter jacket liner

I've been wearing as my primary coat and it has been a wonderful addition to my outdoor wardrobe. Because of the heater it has broaden its utility. I'm able to wear it in a wider range of temperatures.
