My favorite jacket
(Open-box) Women's Heated Fleece Jacket (Battery Set Not Included) Gray / S
Best grab & go jacket. I have a black heated fleece jacket, too. They are comfortable, nice looking and fit well. The grey is a bit smaller than the black women's heated fleece jacket have, but not a problem. I already have a battery set, so the open box deals are a great way to buy just the jacket without the extra expense. I also own a heated vest, battery set included.

Very difficult to find larger size women’s heated clothing. Sizing is great!!
I work by an open door where it’s a wind tunnel. This jacket is perfect and comfortable to wear.

I absolutely love this jacket. It really keeps me warm and is easy to use and recharge the battery. I wish it actually came in plus sizes and was cut wider at the hip. I ordered a women’s size but it fits like a men’s jacket.

Poor customer service
Final Sale - Women's Heated Full-Zip Fleece Jacket Black / 2XL
My “new” jacket came with makeup (or some type) of stains on the outside and inside of the jacket. I tried calling and emailing customer service with next to no support. They said they don’t hang up on customers, just that “their lines are constantly down.” Maybe their email has similar issues? Ororo product versus dealing with customer service is not worth it.

Disappointing
Women's Heated Full-Zip Fleece Jacket Flecking Gray / S
The jacket is well made, but not as warm as I was expecting. I don't know if it is due to the jacket itself or the sizing. I used the on site sizing, but it isn't snug. It isn't as stylish as I would have liked either. I thought I might be able to wear it into my cold office, but it isn't stylish enough to do that either. I feel I am limited to where I will wear it or would need to try a size smaller. Unfortunately I removed the tag too soon. While I would consider the company again, I wouldn't choose this item again.

Poor material
Women's Heated Full-Zip Fleece Jacket Maroon / XS
I have been wearing my Ororo jacket but the material already has fuzz balls all over. This should not have happened. Only been using jacket since 12/25/2024 and have not even washed it yet. Can my jacket be replaced?

Gift for someone who's always cold
